amazing ocean view!!!

I loved the ocean view from the hilltop. there were three restaurants. I found the staff super competent. they even took the time to learn my name. the rooms were clean and spacious, and seemed to have great ocean views.

you have to access through stairs anywhere, and rooms need many stairs.

The staff were great. One person helped us purchase tickets to the national park. paola provided really good service at rico tico to us and our kids.

the honeymoon suite had amazing ocean views. it was very spacious and comfortable for my wife, our two kids, and me. the beds were large and comfortable. it was a nice touch to have a faucet with filtered water.

i liked the monkeys i spotted from the balcony of my room. the grounds are well kept and have walking paths. the pools were a plus, with clean and inviting water.

decent stay with a few drawbacks

amazing views ocean views tasty breakfast friendly front desk staff towel replacement housekeeping service limited seating adult pool

the hotel offered amazing views from my room. the included breakfast was tasty. i appreciated the friendly staff i encountered at the front desk. (they were always ready to help).

Housekeeping did not replace towels one day. the adult pool lacked enough seating. i noticed some families with teenagers using the adult pool. This was not addressed.
